Decisions regarding legal funding are made solely at the discretion of the Company and its underwriters, based on factors including (but not limited to):
- Lawsuit length
- Expected compensation
- Previous litigation history of legal representatives
- Amount of compensation requested
- Availability of funds
Qualification for pre-settlement legal funding does not automatically entitle a User to approval or funding.
Constitution of Agreement
These terms and conditions, as well as the Privacy Policy and any other policy dictated by the Company on this website, represent the entire agreement between Users and Mayfair Legal Funding. This agreement supersedes all prior agreements.
Use of this website in violation of the terms and conditions listed herein may result in legal action by the Company against the User.
